Score: 22-17, Boston

Portland Stags vs. Vancouver Nighthawks | Saturday, April 30, 2016, 6:00 p.m. PT

Score: 19-14, Seattle

Eastern Conference Star of the Week: Lloyd Blake (Washington DC)
Western Conference Star of the Week: Graeme Barber (Vancouver)

“Out with the new, in with the old: that’s why the Whitecaps will get the win here. For the first time this season Inselmann looks like he’ll be playing which should give Boston a nice boost on offense. On the DC side, veteran Tsai looks to be playing but a lot of new talent will be missing to Regionals. Included in this list are Norrbom, Gibson, Freund and Davis II. While the previous matchup showed these two teams are close at full strength, the loss of these players, as well as the road up to Boston, will give the Whitecaps all the edge they need to get this win.”

Washington D.C. Current vs. Boston Whitecaps | Saturday, April 30, 2016, 7:00 p.m. ET
Score: 22-16, Boston

Portland Stags vs. Vancouver Nighthawks | Saturday, April 30, 2016, 6:00 p.m. PT

Score: 20-16, Seattle

Eastern Conference Star of the Week: Kyle Khalifa (Washington D.C.)
Western Conference Star of the Week: Erik Hunter (Vancouver)

“They might be 1-3, but the New York Rumble are really fun to watch sometimes.  Even in their loss to Philadelphia last weekend, they had some WOW moments.  D.C. is bringing a short roster on a long road trip and I think New York wins a close game in what looks like sloppy weather.  NY by 2.”

Western Conference Star of the Week: David Whitney-Brown (Vancouver)

“A quick rematch from last week pits the Nighthawks vs the Rainmakers. While the Nighthawks are getting better by the game, unfortunately for them, so are the Rainmakers. Look for Vancouver to put up their highest point total this season, there is little chance that they will upend the quest the Rainmakers are on to beat everyone not-called Portland.”

Score: 20-13, Seattle

Eastern Conference Star of the Week: Delrico Johnson (D.C.)
Western Conference Star of the Week: Peter Woodside (Portland)

“The last time these two teams met the weather was the biggest factor in the game. Neither team looked particularly good and the inexperience of the Current was highlighted by allowing the Whitecaps comeback. This week we won’t have a comeback. While the Current might be able keep the game close the Whitecaps aren’t going to make the same mistake the Current did week 1 and let them back into the game.”

“It doesn’t matter that they have to travel, Portland will still come out and beat up on Vancouver.  The Stags already set the league high in points scored the last time these two met. Maybe the don’t eclipse 28 again, but this should still be a very one sided game. It’s going to be a long weekend for the Nighthawks.”

“During their double header weekend, the Rumble fielded two completely different teams. Fortunately they have a chance to repeat their success against D.C., the team they beat last weekend when they showed what New York is capable of. This time they’re home in New Jersey, poised for another division win.”
