Perston beats his man without a problem and catches up to the disc for an easy two-handed snag. Innova Pulsar Throw of the Week Henry Phan | Seattle RainmakersLook at the replay and you’ll see Phan throw this masterful outside-in forehand and then whip his hand backwards as if he’s a matador ripping away the red cape. Friction Gloves Catch of the Week Thomas Adams | San Francisco DogfishAs the wind bounces the disc all over the sky above Yellowjacket Stadium, Adams covers over 30 yards for a one-handed layout. Defensive Play of the Week Ben Fleming | D.C. CurrentThe game is tied at 18 in double overtime. Jeff Graham, trapped in the end zone, launches a beautiful forehand for Christian Foster, five yards ahead of his defender. Knowing the game is on the line, Ben Fleming runs his best 40-yard dash to catch up to Foster and layout to save the point. The Current went on to win the game a few seconds later. For his efforts, Ben Fleming made SportsCenter’s Top 10 plays last night.
